Walter manages the day-to-day real estate operations for Walter E. Salek Investments. With over 25 years of experience, Walter has completed over 2,500 transactions totaling over $2 billion in consideration. He has worked with Starbucks, Raising Cane’s, Panda Express, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Take 5 Oil Change, IHOP, and Advance Auto to name a few. Walter also manages development. He oversees the build-to-suit platform at Walter E. Salek Investments. With over 200 developments in 6 states, we have developed north of 1 million square feet for our retail and restaurant clients.
